SIMA.MELDESCHEIN digitises the legally required guest reporting in accommodation. Instead of filling in by hand, copying through carbon paper and transferring into lists, capture happens directly in the web portal — either as an optional add-on to SIMA.GÄSTEKARTE or standalone in businesses without a guest-card obligation.
In the typical workflow, the reporting form is captured during check-in, the receipt is generated, signed and archived digitally. Optionally, guests can enter the required data themselves before arrival — at check-in only verification and counter-signature remain.
