SIMA.WEBSHOP brings the complete ticket catalogue of your transport company online — from single tickets and subscriptions to chip-card orders. A modern storefront sells 24/7, while self-service features keep the load on the counter low.

Catalogues, tariffs and promotions come from SIMA.TARIF, subscription contracts live in SIMA.ABO, chip cards in SIMA.CHIPKARTE — a single shared data state across every module.

Functions at a glance

  1. Tickets from the entire catalogue

    Single and day tickets, multi-ride tickets, association and special tariffs, student, senior and job tickets — orderable online as a VDV-compliant barcode in Apple/Google Wallet, as a print ticket or by email.

  2. Order and manage subscriptions online

    Deutschlandticket, student, job and association subscriptions are set up in the shop — including SEPA direct debit, contract management and customer self-service for address changes, pauses and cancellations.

  3. Chip-card orders

    Personalised chip cards can be requested right from the shop — data capture, optional photo upload, dispatch or pickup. Management and production run via SIMA.CHIPKARTE.

  4. Customer account and self-service

    Existing customers manage their order history, master data, subscriptions and payment methods themselves — fewer questions at the counter, quick repeat orders from the history.

  5. All common payment methods

    Credit card, SEPA direct debit, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay — integrated via established payment providers. Incoming payments are matched automatically to open orders.

  6. One admin for online and on-site

    Online sales and on-site distribution share the same catalogue and tariff state. Tariff changes are managed centrally and rolled out everywhere — no double work, no differences between channels.
