SIMA.BOOKING
Tourism ticketing from a single source
SIMA.BOOKING is a plug-and-play all-in-one solution for tourism providers — from the online booking portal through on-site and in-vehicle sales to inspection at boarding. We set up the system once, after which the entire distribution flow runs through a single connected platform.
Live in operation among others at Stadtrundfahrt Hamburg — see reference.
Functions at a glance
-
Online booking portal
Booking of city tours, hop-on-hop-off lines and other tourism offers — directly on the provider’s website, with digital ticket issuance, email delivery and integrated payment via established providers.
-
In-vehicle and on-site sales
Tickets can additionally be sold right on the bus or at the counter — on mobile devices or fixed hardware. Online and on-site sales share the same catalogue.
-
Inspection at boarding
Validation runs on mobile handhelds or stationary validators — tickets from online and on-site sales are recognised in the same workflow. Paper tickets with a barcode can be validated too.
-
One data state for every channel
Bookings, sales and validations from every channel come together in one analytics — clean reports, real-time occupancy, direct sales without platform commissions.

Direct distribution
Your own online shop sells directly to end customers — no platform commission, your brand and your pricing structure.

Hardware options
Sales and boarding validation run on the same hardware as SIMA.KONTROLLE — a mobile all-rounder for sales at boarding and a stationary validator on the grab rail inside the bus:

SUNMI V3
Mobile all-in-one device with a built-in 58 mm thermal printer — ideal for tour guides, sales at boarding and ad-hoc validation on the spot.

Telpo T10
Stationary compact terminal with a 5.5″ HD display, NFC and barcode scanner. Mounted on the grab rail inside the bus, it checks tickets on boarding — solid feature set at an attractive price.
